Pegasus is a global company operating in both B2B and B2C markets within the medical field. It is one of the largest companies providing comprehensive solutions for hospitals, ranging from furniture to technology.
My journey with Pegasus Medical began in 2022 in Italy, where I collaborated with its representative, Viviam Med. This dual role enabled me to contribute to Pegasus Medical's global initiatives while simultaneously supporting Viviam Med in its specialized operations. Additionally, I worked with several other brands under the Pegasus umbrella, including Medrioll, WheelShare, Tonon Med, and Intraposition. These experiences allowed me to broaden my expertise in both Italian and international marketing.
This experience enhanced both my personal and professional skills, making me a more flexible and practical designer. Managing a variety of tasks significantly improved my time management abilities.

Viviam website
My first task at the company was to create a new Viviam website from scratch.
Pegasus website
Following the successful management and creation of the Viviam website, I was assigned to lead the development of the Pegasus website.
Methodology:

Develop the site architecture (website map)

Create and approve content (text and visuals) with management

Design the website layout

Ensure user responsiveness and accessibility

Implement SEO strategies and configurations

Monitor website performance, including page load speed

Perform regular updates and ongoing website maintenance
Videos & Animations
I manage social media channels for both Pegasus Global, Pegasus Iberia (Spain and Portugal), and Viviam Med.
Methodogy:

Study the company's objectives, the products it wants to promote, the target audience, and their pain points, as well as the knowledge and needs of potential clients

Based on this analysis, create a content plan
-
Develop an editorial calendar, organizing the content by theme, relevance, the emotions to evoke, and optimal posting times (specific days and hours)

Schedule and/or publish the prepared posts and content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram using tools such as Meta Business Suite for seamless publishing
Photo&video shooting
Methodogy:

Get all the authorizations and image signatures from nurses to be recorded and photoshotting, model, and th hospitals/places.

Prepare an interview script for the nurse to be interviewed, including mock answers to ensure key points about the project are covered.
-
Contact and coordinate with professionals (photographer, assistants, and model), organizing all briefing materials and pre-shoot preparations.
-
Conduct a test day with the model to ensure proper fitting of clothing and provide a detailed briefing on the product.
-
Create a mood board outlining the desired pictures, angles, and videos to be captured.
-
Prepare a detailed schedule for the day of the shoot, including all tasks, and send it to the hospital for approval.
-
Oversee and manage all activities on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
-
Create videos and photos of the backstage during preparations, posting them on social media to generate engagement and curiosity about the event.
-
After receiving the interview video from the photographer, translate it and edit it into different versions tailored for various languages and sales points
-
For this specific action, design and produce a labeling system, coordinate with suppliers, and install the labels in the hospital area a day before the photoshoot to ensure everything is ready for the session.
Events

Trade Fairs, Showrooms and webinars.
Trade Fairs:

Develop the booth floor plan, including the arrangement of products.
-
Design graphics for the booth walls, establishing cohesive colors and compositions.
-
Create promotional materials such as flyers and brochures.
-
Catalog the products and their configurations (e.g., ensuring medical carts have the correct accessories).

Prepare the products for packaging and shipping to the trade fair location.
-
Compile a list of all support materials required for booth setup on the day of assembly.

Create content to promote the trade fair on social media for each day of the event, as well as email marketing campaigns.

Capture and provide photos during the trade fair.
-
After trade fair> collect the leads from sales department, and insert them in the fuel sale.
My main tasks included:

Designed and produced digital and print marketing materials across multiple platforms, including product catalogs, brochures, print and digital publications, banners, posters, flyers, event materials, infographics, email templates, social media graphics, website content, advertisements, presentation decks, digital signage, and trade show displays.

Designed, developed, and maintained user-friendly websites, focusing on layout, functionality, and visual appeal, while continuously updating and adding new content

Managed social media channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms, to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Created and maintained editorial content calendars, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of marketing strategies

Planned and executed events and projects, including trade fairs, showrooms, and webinars

Conceptualized and directed photo and video shoots for campaigns

Manage and maintain materials on specialized medical online platforms, ensuring consistent content, timely updates on product information and industry news, and coordinating with internal teams to align with business objectives and maintain brand integrity
